edge milling

Weld seam preparation even on large parts, in particular with milled and shear burrs on straight edges, milling for straight inner and outer edges, contours and holes. Applying welding chamfers at an angle of 15° - 80°.

Trowalize

Uniform trowalization, also known as edge rounding or edge breaking, is part of the deburring process. In this process, stainless steel parts are placed in a rotating drum together with abrasives to desharpen and round sharp edges and ensure safe handling. Optimal edge rounding improves the adhesion of a coating to the workpiece. In addition, rounded edges pose fewer risks of injury.

surface finish

Our EdgeBreaker® 6000 is designed for complete processing after cutting. In a single run, this deburring machine covers the following processes:

  • Deburring of cut parts
  • Rounding from edges
  • surface finish with sanding belts
  • grain sizes: K80, 120, 400

The rotor ensures uniform grinding, optimal edge rounding and a radius of up to 2.0 mm at the edge of the sheet. Thanks to the vacuum table, both large and small sheet metal parts can be processed.

roller straightening

Roller straightening: with FlatMaster® by Arku

Compared to other straightening methods, roller straightening is possible with FlatMaster® easy and quick. In a hydraulic machine, a sheet metal part undergoes a series of alternating bends. The material is formed and waterjet, laser or flame parts become flat and virtually stress-free.
Particularly economical: Subsequent processes such as welding, bending or bending can therefore be carried out more quickly and reliably.

FAQ

They have questions to our Services?
What are the current cutting times?

The delivery time depends heavily on the workload of the individual machines and may vary.
Should components be required at short notice, this can be discussed with our sales staff.

We usually produce fixed coil lengths in 8-10 AT.

You can find our current cutting and delivery times here.

I have questions about my bill, who can I contact?

If you have any questions about the invoice, you can contact the colleagues from the order processing department. The contact details can be found on the delivery note or the invoice.
