Plasma cutting - How does it work?
The material melts very quickly, and by moving the machine forward and blowing out the cut joint, a cut is created. The gas flow continuously blows the soft material out of the cut joint and thus separates the material. The resulting gases must be supplied with a suitable filters be vacuumed. Even though oxygen is used as plasma gas, we speak at plasma cutting from one Hot melt cutting process, as the influence of external heat from the arc is greater than that of the flame cutting process, which occurs when burned with oxygen.
The arc is characterized by its bubble-shaped design, which means that it is necessary to set and track an optimal focal point for the arc to occur via a suitable Z-axis height control.

What are the current cutting times?
The delivery time depends heavily on the workload of the individual machines and may vary.
Should components be required at short notice, this can be discussed with our sales staff.
We usually produce fixed coil lengths in 8-10 AT.

I have questions about my bill, who can I contact?
If you have any questions about the invoice, you can contact the colleagues from the order processing department. The contact details can be found on the delivery note or the invoice.
Where can I find my factory reports/certificates?
Our warehouse material is exclusively managed with certificates/certificates. You will receive these in digital form shortly after delivery of your delivery. If you have not ordered a certificate, please feel free to contact us and we will make it available to you.
If certificates have been ordered, they are usually sent digitally with our delivery note, but at the latest with the invoice.
