Waterjet cutting is a process in which a high-pressure water jet mixed with abrasive particles is used to cut stainless steel, for example. The precise control of the water jet enables the production of a wide variety of contours and cutouts with the tightest tolerances. waterjet cutting is a separation process without thermal influences, in which the material does not burn, does not get microcracks, harden or change its structure.
Our CNC-controlled waterjet systems with max. 4 cutting heads are equipped with energy-efficient pumps that generate a pressure of 3800 bar.
